UX vision for infosec compliance application
I was asked to define a vision for the ISMS.online application.
Drawing from multiple sources of feedback, I identified issues with page layout, navigation, fragmentation of content and structure, obstacles for customers to migrate legacy content, and fragmented, unreliable collaboration tools.

The application was also overdue a rebrand initiated by the Marketing team.
After some analysis, I proposed a redesign.
This involved:
- Visual rebrand
- Updated layouts (left navigation, primary content on the left, secondary content on the right)
- A revitalisation of the Home page to turn it into a high level dashboard
- Unification/centralisation of major content types, and the creation of aggregated views and insights based on those aggregations
- Flatter navigation structure, that allowed users to find content by type first and then filter by framework when required
- A reorganised and restyled task management view that combined all actions and events in a single filterable and timeframe-based view
