UX Improvements for ‘ePatient’ self-management tool (WIP)

ePatient is a digital self-management tool for patients that my employer, Incuna, was in the process of transforming into a configurable, flexible product. I was asked to support with UX enhancements.

I began by making a UX review and sharing it with the team. I then set up a weekly meeting to prioritise and problem-solve the issues identified.

I prototyped two significant enhancements:

  • An enhanced registration process and Goal Tracker
  • A complete redesign of Reminders functionality, combining Appointment Reminders, Medication Reminders, Injection Tracker and potentially Goal Tracker into one consistent system

These developments were well-received by customers and further development was planned when I left the company.
