Some extensive research I did with stakeholders, partners and customers, identified a cluster of issues around task management that led to three different initiatives. One of these to allow users to create tasks that recur over a period that they defined.
This was prototyped and tested, before being finalised and launched.
One of the consequences was a drop off in requests for a more complex, ambitious feature concept that we call ‘Recurring reviews’ which for the time being was seen as non-essential.
