AI-powered unified resilience – details

I ran a remote ‘Design Studio’ type workshop with a cross-functional team, identifying key personas, key user problems.

I invited attendees to sketch out their solution ideas, then explain them and answer critique. We then voted for the strongest ideas.

I took those ideas and turned them into a set of flow diagrams and concept wireframes and presented them back to the team for feedback and additional problem solving.

I also created some visual concepts.

The designs were well received by the wider team and developed into a prototype, that was tested with customer users and iterated as the testing progressed.

Additional ideas and problems were identified for the next phase of design. Designs were used to help to specify a set of technical proofs of concept.

These designs were tested and updated incrementally based on feedback. We also had recurring internal workshops.

These ideas were combined with key ideas for the overall ‘unified resilience’ vision and turned into a prototype in Figma Make.

Delivering incremental value

A key challenge was uncovered during this discovery work – how to deliver incremental value into the existing platform while also making progress towards the more ambitious vision. So, a more limited and achievable approach was designed based on existing platform architecture.
